Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients above (except salmon) in a bowl to make the marinade.
  2. Place the salmon fillet (skin side down) on a piece of foil big enough to enclose the entire fillet.
  3. Pour the marinade on top of the salmon and spread evenly.
  4. Enclose the foil around the salmon to make a pouch.
  5. Let the salmon sit for 30 mins - 2 hours in the fridge.
  6. Preheat oven to 425°F
  7. Put the foil pouch on a baking sheet and bake for ~15 mins. (20 mins for larger fillets)
