Jessica's Special Salmon

- Combine ingredients above (except salmon) in a bowl to make the marinade.
- Place the salmon fillet (skin side down) on a piece of foil big enough to enclose the entire fillet.
- Pour the marinade on top of the salmon and spread evenly.
- Enclose the foil around the salmon to make a pouch.
- Let the salmon sit for 30 mins - 2 hours in the fridge.
- Preheat oven to 425°F
- Put the foil pouch on a baking sheet and bake for ~15 mins. (20 mins for larger fillets)
